This week is busy with several events for our Broncos including grade and classroom Spelling Bees, our awesome 5th grade Veteran's Day program, the STEAM Express will visit, and our students will be off on Tuesday for a staff development day. Tuesday is also Election Day and Brill will be a voting site for our community to share their voice!

Good afternoon Bronco families,

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! We are excited to see our Broncos tomororw as we Race Towards BRILLiance and continue quarter two!

This week is our Anti-Drug Week where we will celebrate with dress-up days, character education lessons, and end the week with our beloved Storybook Character Parade. The parade will be on Friday (rain or shine) and we invite guests to cheer on our Broncos as we celebrate reading and our school community. The parade will be at 8:30am and we will send more information by Wednesday this week on where guests can line up for the parade. PTO will also be treating our campus to a really cool BMX show on Wednesday that ties into our Anti-Drug Week message. Finally, pumpkins for our Book Character Pumpkin Contests are due this week! Please see the form below for more information.

Don't forget this week is the last week to take advantage of early bird pricing for our Memory Books! Books purchased after this week will increase in sale price so don't miss out!

We have two events this week. First on Thursday, our Third graders will take their annual field trip to the Pearl Fincher Museum. And on Friday, we are having a Pink Out Day to show support for Cancer Awareness!

Basketball is a great sport AND it is an excellent way to help with physical fitness. There is no other sport that uses every muscle like basketball. We have grade specific divisions based on the 2025-26 school year. This league is for players who play multiple sports that would also like to play basketball.

PRACTICES will be during the week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings and some Sunday afternoons. Games & practices will be held at Klein ISD gyms, Tomball ISD gyms & other local gyms, including TFL THE BARN and Champion Forest Baptist Church.

This week we will working hard to finish quarter one strong both in academics and behavior. Our students will continue to take end of the quarter assessments and show all they have learned in quarter one. Attendance is always important but especially so this week and we want our students to have every opportunity to complete their assignments and get support in class.

Also, our Fall Auction is underway! Check out the amazing items we have this year for the Auction, bidding closes this week on the 8th! We are also continuing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with dress-up days this week and will finish out the week with our annual Walk to School Event!

This week our Broncos will continue taking their Beginning of the Year MAP assessments. These important assessments will provide our instructional teams important information about the academic levels of each student and how we can best support their learning. It will also give our Broncos an opportunity to set learning goals for this year so they can continue to make every lap count! At the close of testing, we will notify families when the testing results have been uploaded to Skyward for viewing.

This week we will also hold our Fall Open House! We hope everyone is able to join us for this come and go event! There will be three identical sessions and families can choose the session that fits their schedules best. Parents will also have an opportunity to shop the Book Fair at Open House with their students before it closes on Friday.

Clinic Screenings will also take place this week for some of Broncos. Please send your child to school with their glasses for the screenings! Also, don't forget to RSVP for our annual Grown-Ups and Donuts event taking place next week! The required RSVP will be closing at the start of next week!
