With the weather being less than ideal for a picnic and a continued chance of rain, we have made the decision to cancel our Bronco Picnic tomorrow. We apologize that we are not able to host the event this year and appreciate everyone's understanding.

We want to encourage everyone to use next week's visitor lunch days to spend lunch time with your Bronco before we close campus for testing April 13th-30th. We also have our Field Day event coming up on May 1st that everyone is invited to.

Good morning Brill Community,

We want to thank our community for partnering with us to keep our students and staff safe each and everyday!
We wanted to share a few important reminders as there will be no exceptions to the processes so we continue to keep everyone safe!

Campus Visitors:
~Visitors should ring the doorbell located at the front door of the school in order to notify the front office staff of your arrival.

~Visitors will be asked to present their IDs to the camera before entering the building. Visitors must have a photo ID before entering- there will be no exceptions!

~Visitors should ensure that only they enter the building and the door closes behind them. If another guest is waiting to enter, please don't allow them to enter with you as they need to go through the same process before coming inside.

~Once inside, visitors should report to the main office to check-in and receive their visitors badge. Visitors are asked to remain in the areas noted on their badge.

~Students will not be released to visitors during school hours without a photo ID.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us to keep our Broncos safe!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Hodge

Good morning Broncos!

We are so excited to hold our Bronco Gallop tomorrow! We would like to invite our Bronco families to join us to cheer on our Broncos during their grade level run. Please feel free to bring signs or cheering items when you come! Also, please remind your Bronco to wear their closed toe running shoes, comfortable clothes, and their water bottle with their name on it!

When joining us tomorrow here are a few reminders about the event:
~Please utilize the front parking lot or street parking when you arrive. The car rider lane and bus parking lot are closed parking areas.
~Guests should proceed straight to our track and cheer on our Broncos from the outside track area. Please note that our playground areas are closed to guests as we will still be using them for recess.
~If you would like to checkout your student following the Gallop, please follow our normal checkout procedures through the front office. Please note any Broncos checked out will not be able to attend any Brill events on campus for the remainder of the day. Also, please allow 15-20 minutes following checkout for your student to come down as they are transitioning from outside.
~As it will be a busy day, we will not be able to accommodate lunch visitors.
~Please see the attachment for grade level run times.

Thank you so much for your continued support and the donations that were raised during this event! We appreciate our community’s partnership in growing our Broncos as Leaders and Learners.
